Ministry of aeroplanes in...1740
Duke of Arkenson, created an.. airforce
ministry.. many centuries before airplanes appear. Here 's a piece of his
memos:
"Maybe what I'll say looks crazy,
but I am sure that one of the greatest discoveries that should be done
in our century is to find the art that will allow humans to fly on the
air."
"In that way, humans will travel quick
and easy together with great quantities of cargo."
"I am sure that they will be and military
airforce. The defense structures as we know them today will be useless.
Guard of treasures and honour of the women will be exposed on public danger,
before a system of airforce protection will be invented."
"The army will learn to shoot on the
air and our kingdom will have to create a ministry for all this.."
