A long time before the conquer of the moon surface from the earth space programs, many persons have been interested for the possibility of a visit by outearth intelligent beings at our satellite. After a 18 months research on that subject, Jozef Bloumrich, mechanic at the Centre of Space Flights Marshall in Hudsville of Alabama, he ended at the conclusion that earth and Moon have taken frequently visits from outearth beings. He also supported that we could find traces of their presence on the surface of the Moon.
